Allow me to introduce myself, I am Michelle Giles, the founder and Director of Your HR Consultant. A qualified HR professional, I am a Chartered member of the CIPD with over 20 years’ HR experience within a commercial environment. Throughout my career I have worked with both Global and UK organisations at a HR Business Partner level.
I am delighted to now have the opportunity to work with business owners who want to realise the full potential of their people who are often the backbone of the business.
I am also passionate about helping people succeed, whether that is working as a career coach or by providing outplacement support for Companies who want to provide one to one support for their employees facing redundancy and give them the tools to move forward in their career.
I have been successfully working with local businesses and employees across all sectors since September 2016. The best part for me is building trusted relationships where my clients have the reassurance that they will receive individual, results driven support and practical solutions.
I appreciate that small to medium size businesses are different from the big corporates and will not have the volume of HR requirements and that’s fine, but when you find you do need support I will be there, with advice that is appropriate to your size and resources and delivered in a down to earth and whenever possible, light-hearted way!
