I have spent a good part of my HR Career in recruitment, hiring Apprentices and Graduates through to Executive levels. I have also successfully completed a British School of Coaching, ILM accredited Career Coaching programme.
I believe I have the credentials to be able to support and provide practical solutions for individuals who are going through periods of change or difficulties in their career.
In addition I have attained level B with the British Psychological Society which means I am accredited to use and interpret psychometric personality questionnaires. These are fantastic tools which can be used to explore whether the role you are currently doing fits in with your preferences, in preparation for interview, to discover what really motivates you or to help identify the areas where you may require additional development in order to be ready for that promotion.
